I had an awesome delivery today – it’s my Bullseye Figure from Herocross! I pre-ordered him direct from Herocross a few months ago. It was my first time ordering direct from them and I was super impressed! He arrived two days after I got the shipping notice, delivered by courier, and no customs fees!
His box is absolutely gorgeous. I love the front, and the saddle design on the top and sides. The back of the box shows what’s inside, and as you can see, I managed to get the deluxe version which comes with Slinky too!
Like the other Herocross figures, inside the parts are packed in plastic trays. The top layer has Bullseye and his spare head, and the bottom tray has Slinky and the building blocks.
Straight out the box, Bullseye is incredible! He is such a nice weight and the detail is amazing! I forgot to take a picture, but he even has ANDY written on the bottom of his feet too. His head and neck can move up and down. You can move them to the side a little bit, but not too much. He comes with two heads, one with an open mouth and one with a closed mouth.
He is really sturdy and I managed to get him to pose standing on just his back legs with no issues. Woody and Jessie both sit really well on him. I haven’t tried Buzz on him yet but I suspect he’ll sit fine on him too. With some careful positioning, I was able to sit Woody on him whilst standing in his back legs too so I am really very impressed.
The Slinky Figure is really cool too, with a proper spring coil body. His head can move up and down but if you tip it too far forward, it makes him fall over as it’s too heavy; so that is a bit of a shame, but I can get over it. His paws also bend which was useful for positioning him in some photos. The expression on his face is really cute too and quite clever as depending on how you angle the photo, you can get a few expressions from the one head. The blocks are really nice too and can spell out Toy Story, and the other sides have images and numbers on.
Bullseye is absolutely incredible. He is my favourite of all the Herocross figures released so far and with each one that comes, you can see the improvements and they just get better and better. I would absolutely recommend him if you can get one. You will not be disappointed! Can’t wait for the next release!
